Andy tracks what you're working on across conversations. Topics appear when they first come up, build weight as you keep returning to them, and quietly fade when you've moved on — no cleanup required.

Zone — how active is it?
Focus
Active right now. Loaded into every conversation automatically.
Nearby
Relevant but not front-and-center. Referenced when related topics come up.
Background
Still known, but fading. Untouched for a while — but Andy can still reach it.
Domain — what kind of thing?
Relationship
A person. Their context travels with any topic they're part of.
Project
Active work with a goal. Rises fast when touched, holds during a sprint.
Technical
A bug, fix, or system detail. Surfaces when relevant, fades when resolved.
Personal
A recurring pattern or preference — how you work, what matters to you.
01
Topics appear when they come up
Nothing is pre-loaded. A topic enters the graph the first time it surfaces in a conversation — starting small, in the background.
02
Working on it raises the weight
The number on each node is its weight. Keep discussing something and it moves toward the center — the Focus zone — and stays prominent.
03
Time lowers the weight
Between conversations, every topic decays a little. Untouched topics drift toward the edge. The graph stays clean on its own.
04
Small things don't get lost
Something mentioned once in passing stays in Background. When you circle back to related work, Andy can surface it — "you mentioned this in session 2."
